Terms of Service
Gang Sheet Editor supplies artwork editing, cart integration and production file tools for Shopify merchants. These terms apply to use of the app; Shopify's own terms govern Shopify installation, billing and checkout.
Subscription
The public app costs $359 USD per month through Shopify. The plan approval screen and Shopify invoice are the authority for billing periods, taxes and charges. There is no public-app commission, usage fee or trial. You can manage the subscription through Shopify. Contact support about billing questions.
Artwork and production
Merchants and customers must have permission to upload and print the artwork they supply. You retain your rights in your artwork and allow us to process it to provide the app. Do not upload unlawful content or material that infringes another person's rights.
The merchant is responsible for the sizes and prices offered, reviewing production files, print suitability, fulfillment, shipping and customer service. Quality indicators are technical assistance, not a guarantee of print results. Customers must explicitly choose any optional paid service.
Service availability
We maintain and improve the service, but network, Shopify and processing-provider interruptions can affect availability. Report an issue before relying on an incomplete production file. We may restrict misuse to protect stores and their data.
Data and ending use
Our Privacy Policy describes processing and deletion. Uninstall ends access, not immediate erasure. Shopify's later deletion request may permanently remove designs and files. Download production work you need before ending use.
