Email [email protected]. While the new support mailbox is being connected, the existing Actual Scope contact is [email protected].
Include the store domain, the step you were taking and, if available, the design or order reference. Never send passwords, access tokens or payment details.
Getting started
- Open the app in Shopify and approve its monthly plan.
- Choose gang sheets, transfers by size, or both in Setup.
- Select a product or ask the app to create one. Review the sizes and prices.
- Open the linked theme editor, add the product block, enable the app embeds and save.
- Return to Setup so the app can check the saved theme.
