Privacy Policy
Actual Scope operates Gang Sheet Editor for Shopify merchants. This notice explains the data used to provide the app. Merchants remain responsible for their own store's privacy notice and customer requests.
Information we process
- Store domain, store identity, settings and the access credentials provided by Shopify.
- Connected products, variants, prices and orders needed to prepare purchased artwork.
- Customer account identifiers and order contact information provided by Shopify, including names, email addresses, telephone numbers and addresses where available.
- Uploaded artwork, saved designs, notes, image versions and production files. Artwork and notes may themselves contain personal information.
- Technical diagnostics used to secure the service, investigate errors and provide support.
Purpose
We use this information to run the editor, save and reopen designs, add artwork to Shopify carts, process orders, generate print files, support merchants and maintain security. The app subscription is billed by Shopify. We do not sell customer personal information or use it for advertising.
Service providers
Shopify provides the commerce platform and app billing. Cloudflare provides network delivery and file storage; DigitalOcean hosts the public app's servers and database. Optional image tools send the selected artwork to their processing provider, including fal.ai for supported image processing. Support correspondence is processed by the mailbox provider used by Actual Scope. Data may be processed outside your country.
Retention, uninstall and deletion
Uninstalling revokes store access but does not immediately erase saved work. Shopify normally sends a shop deletion request 48 hours after uninstall. We process verified privacy requests under Shopify's requirements, including removal of the affected shop's application data and owned files. Reinstalling before deletion can recover work still retained; deleted work cannot be recovered. We do not promise indefinite retention after uninstall.
Shopify customer access and deletion requests are handled for the identified store and customer. Requests requiring manual delivery, processor cleanup, backup handling or a legal retention exception are tracked for completion. Contact us for the applicable retention and request status; do not assume deletion is instantaneous. Any legally required retention is limited to the applicable purpose.
Security and rights
Connections use HTTPS. Store access tokens are encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to personnel and service providers operating the app. No system can guarantee absolute security.
